All the Gold Dedicated Horse Path

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation raised private funds to create a dedicated horse path that spans from the Alltech Arena to the Rolex Stadium and all competition sites in between, providing competitors a safer way to travel between the show venues.

International Museum of the Horse

International Museum of the Horse

The International Museum of the Horse stands as the largest museum in the world solely dedicated to the horse.  It is because of the generous support of Kentucky Horse Park Foundation donors that the museum is able to maintain its outstanding reputation and offerings, including the recent Chronicles in African Americans in the Horse Industry Exhibit and Ted Bassett Exhibit.

Green Initiatives & Tree Conservation

The Kentucky Horse Park’s green space sets the Kentucky Horse Park apart from other equine venues around the world.  The Kentucky Horse Park and Kentucky Horse Park Foundation are working together with expert arborists to formulate a long-term plan to both care for our existing trees and plant new ones.

Campground

Campground

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation supports improvements in the Campground, including Wi-Fi enhancement, updated playground facilities and other maintenance needs.

Park Maintenance

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation provides funding for various improvements and farm equipment needed to keep the Park and its 1,200 acres in pristine condition.

KHP Mounted Police

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation has provided the Kentucky Horse Park Mounted Police funding for police mounts, tack, and protective equipment for both horse and rider.

Horse Drawn Tours

The Horse Drawn Tours is one of the most popular attractions at the Kentucky Horse Park.  Gifts to the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation allow the continuation of this unique experience to guests and along with offering the best care and equipment possible to our draft horses.

Parade of Breeds

The Parade of Breeds is one of the most popular entertainment and educational venues at the Kentucky Horse Park. The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation provides funding for the care of horses and costumes for both horses and performers.

Mustang Troop

Mustang Troop

Since 1994, the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation has supported the Mustang Troop program which serves at-risk youth through the channels of horsemanship and riding.

Field Trip Fund

The Kentucky Horse Park Field Trip Program promotes the love of the horse and the love of education by connecting children and horses. Through the generous support of its donors, the Field Trip Fund allows any Kentucky public school to visit the Park for a complementary field trip.

Stonelea Ring

The creation of the Stonelea Ring was funded by generous supporters of the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation.

Claiborne Ring

The creation of the Claiborne Ring was funded by generous supporters of the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation.

Dressage Complex

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation, along with the Kentucky Horse Park and members of the Dressage community are exploring plans to update and improve the current Dressage Complex.

Barn Complex

The Barn Complex was funded by the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation in anticipation of the World Equestrian Games in 2010.  The Barn Complex continues to provide equine guests with premier stabling during their time at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Hall of Champions

Funding provided by the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation allows our resident champions to receive the highest quality of care during their retirement. The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is also proud to have funded memorials for the following horses: Secretariat, John Henry, Cigar, and Staying Together.

Barn Renovations

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is currently working with the Kentucky Horse Park to develop a plan to refurbish the original stabling of Barns 1-21 at the Park.

Christine Comella Brown Path

This section of the All the Gold Dedicated Horse Path was given in memory of Christine Comella Brown (1969-2013) for future generations of riders by Christine’s family & friends.
