Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event

Each year the park welcomes thousands of guests from around the world to watch this internationally-recognized, worldclass eventing competition. Average attendance at the event has exceeded 86,000 spectators over the past five years.

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation’s Hospitality Tent at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event has become a sought-after destination for our foundation supporters to watch the competition, meet with friends and colleagues, and gain a welcome and refreshing respite from the crowds attending the event. The foundation staff welcomed over 400 guests to the tent during the 2012 event.

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is delighted to host the hospitality tent for our high level annual donors as well as major donors to our capital and endowment fundraising efforts. We provide our guests with a delicious lunch each day of the competition, as well as an open bar and snacks throughout the day. Located next to the Rolex Stadium, the tent is situated to provide an outstanding ring-side vantage point from which to view the dressage and stadium jumping phases of the competition. This location is conveniently located to the Trade Fair.  

On Saturday during the cross country portion of the competition, we also offer a second smaller tent with drinks and snacks directly on the cross country course, in addition to our main hospitality venue.  

Not only do many of our long-time friends and supporters seek out the hospitality tents throughout the four days of the event, but each year we meet many new friends from around the world, welcoming them to the incredible facilities of the Kentucky Horse Park, and introducing them to the important mission and work of the foundation.
